We know you are looking forward to your holiday. However, unforeseen circumstances can always arise. It can be very frustrating if you are unable to start your holiday as planned. To ensure that you do not incur any cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance.

Our partner for travel insurance is the European Travel Insurance Company (Europäische Reiseversicherung). We recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (including helicopter rescue coverage). You can find all detailed information here.

You are also welcome to book your insurance coverage directly through us.

Please transfer the insurance premium (details can be found in your reservation confirmation) together with your deposit payment. We will then arrange the insurance policy for you.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Up to 21 days before arrival, cancellations are free of charge.
• From 20 to 14 days before arrival, 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• From 13 to 7 days before arrival, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• From 6 to 2 days before arrival, 90% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• For cancellations made one day before arrival, in case of no-show, or in the event of early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Please note that cancellations can only be accepted in writing.

Every cancellation is unique, and we are happy to discuss your individual situation with you.

In the event of a cancellation, any deposit already paid will be converted into a voucher for the amount paid. This voucher can be redeemed for a future stay on your preferred dates.

Our room rates for the 2026/27 winter season will remain at the same level as in 2025/26. By booking early, you not only secure your preferred dates but can also look forward to a relaxing and worry-free holiday with peace of mind.
