She has been married to Thomas since 1993, graduated from 5-year commercial school in Saalfelden and runs the reception. Very much the heart and soul of this establishment who, with her skillful hands and wonderful creativity, always ensures the hotel is lovingly and appropriately decorated.

Daughter of the house. She already works hard in guest services and is currently a student at the tourism school in Klessheim. Eva has big plans for when she eventually takes over the hotel!

Daughter of the house. Still in public school, still totally open to what her career path might be - but she has plenty of time to figure all of those things out. Loves to look after our younger guests.

“The singing landlady”…tireless, her good spirit pervades the house: in the kitchen, in the laundry …. and with her gifted “green finger”, she is particularly responsible for the floral decorations around the hotel during the summer; she and husband, Thomas, took over the hotel from her parents in 1964.

Accountant by profession, still loves numbers and has used his arithmetic skills to turn a small guesthouse into a 4-star hotel. And because of his do-it-yourself expertise, is the most in-demand person in the entire hotel.

5 guided hikes, Nordic-Walking, herb hikes,…
and in winter, helps to pamper our guests in the service department, as well as ensuring on Thursdays and Tuesdays that no one at the Post Alm ever stays thirsty for long. She has been tirelessly involved with her parents’ business for over 26 years.
