Reservations:
Reservations are only valid when made in writing and upon receipt of a deposit.
Deposits:
Reservations which have been confirmed by us in writing are only valid upon receipt of a deposit amounting to € 100 per person.
We ask you to transfer the deposit to the following account:

Check In:
On arrival day, your room will be available for check-in after 2:00 p.m. If you happen to arrive at the Vitalhotel Post a little earlier, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in our seminar room. (the doors are kept locked)
Check Out:
We ask for your cooperation in vacating your room on departure day by no later than 11:00 a.m.
Cancellations:
We accept room cancellations in writing. In the event of premature departure or last-minute cancellations (i.e. 14 days or less prior to the scheduled start of your stay), we will be obliged to charge you 75 % of the lodging charges. In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Guidelines will apply.

Reservations Cancellations:
What happens if something crops up? To cover you in the event of a worst-case scenario, we strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance within 5 days of having received this communication. (Further details are also available online at www.europaeische.at)

Short Stays: No additional charges.
Single Travelers:
in Summer: No surcharge for single occupancy
in Winter: A surcharge of € 10 per day.
Pets:
We charge € 8 per day for your four-legged friend (pet food not included). We request that you not bring your pet into the dining room.
Pick-Up Service:
We are happy to pick you up with our hotel taxi from the railway stations in Bischofshofen, Schwarzach and Saalfelden.
For pick-up service from Salzburg Airport we charge just € 30 per person (one-way)
Payments:
In cash or by EC-Card.
Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards.
Room with breakfast only:
We deduct € 10 for each unconsumed dinner.
Cancellation Insurance:
What happens if something crops up? If you can’t even leave on your vacation, or if you have to return earlier than expected – cover yourself by buying special cancellation insurance.
